Our origin story

Almost every founder we talk to describes the same moment. It isn’t a resignation or a blow-up — it’s a quieter shift. A sense that the informal ways of working that got the company here have stopped working, and that every people problem somehow finds its way back to the founder’s desk.

After more than 15 years working alongside leaders, we started HR+ because that moment keeps happening to companies that deserve better — not because the founders aren’t good leaders, but because nobody ever built people infrastructure for this stage. The big consulting firms have templates for 10,000-person enterprises. Generalist consultants hand you a policy document. Neither solves the actual problem.
